I recently bought one of Joe's 'Ariens' snowblowers I wanted to buy local, I'm sick and tired of Big Box buffoons with their lack of knowledge and expertise beyond anything more than operating the flush mechanism on a toilet.
Joe went out of his way to accommodate me, he assembled the machine, set up the snowblower for a gravel driveway, delivered the machine to me and happily took my old 25 year old banger away to recycle parts from. The total bill was considerably less than everywhere else.

We had broken down almost 500 km from home and required a tow from Tobermory to a garage in Owen sound and then another one home to near Oshawa, ontario. Our driver Greg proved to be prompt, reliable, competent, informative and friendly in his clean, and well maintained flatbed. I highly recommend their service

This hospital is wonderful. The vet who works here goes above and beyond and his bedside manner puts a fur baby's parent at ease. He is straightforward but does so with empathy. I would highly recommend this clinic and I often do.

Had an emergency I thought, left a message at 4.30pm, he called back at 5.30, solved the “emergency” in 5 mins by his guidance and knowledge. I’m flabbergasted at this time of year, and to have such a personal approach with patience, myself trying his suggestions while on the phone, blown away. There is many good people around, but some go a wee bit higher, on personal customer service! Thank you so much, I have you on speed dial, appreciate your customer service etiquette!

Excellent work, and surprisingly(delightfully) large number of fabric choices. My cats are the reason I needed the couch recovered in the first place. Hopefully the new heavy plastic cover will deter their seeing the arm as a scratching post. Very happy with my new improved seating!

Went there for lunch today ,Tuesday Sept 11th ,on entering the restaurant immediately noticed how exceptionally clean and tidy it was ,at the time it was easy to get a table as it had just gone 12 in an hour people were waiting for a table it was busy .we had the buffet it was one of the best Ive had in ages food was hot and plentiful and delicious from the first bite to the last .it is worth the drive from Owen sound
