We have been going to Riverside Vet Clinic for about 20 years, have watched the clinic grow and expanded and have always received the best care for our animals (rat, hedgehog, cats and dogs). I am writing this message to give a full endorsement to RCM Plumbing and Heating and Mitch Rink. Over the past two years, we have called upon Mitch for what we supposed to be several large problems. One was a large problem and several others with Mitch’s intervention turned out to be minor. Mitch solved all of them at a very reasonable price. He has come out on weekends and works until the problem is solved. We have and will continue to trust him with all our plumbing and heating needs.

Called in a pinch with HuGe stuff going on.....the company called as promised and came as promised. Hayden was an amazing competent Roto-rooter. He knew right away what to do to access the paper towel clog..,20 feet down the line . I deeply appreciated his kind manner, straight to the task and very very professional. Riversyde has been my repair shop since the mid 1980s. I still rely on their high level of service and their willingness to cater to customers needs whenever possible. Their mechanics are top notch and their prices are more than fair. Yes, even for single women, who are quite often targeted by less scrupulous repair shops! Keep up the good work, Riversyde. Kamloops needs more like you.

I have been treated so well by the dentists, hygienist’s and every single persons working the front desk. I have seen a few different dentist and they have all been wonderful. They are always concerned about your comfort. Absolutely everyone in this office has a smile on their face from the moment you enter till the moment you leave.
