My garage door opener unit failed on a Wednesday. I phoned the builder to inform him of the issue. Thursday a representative of Bobs Door Service showed up and reviewed the issue. Friday morning I had a new replacement unit installed. This Warranty issue was dealt with very professionally with polite and experienced staff. I have No issues whatsoever with the way the situation was handled. I can say they stand behind their work and products. It was a freak motor failure in the unit. Thx!!

I highly recommend this company. The service was so fast and efficient. The owner is very knowledgeable and kind. Our furnace broke during a cold snap and Alex came out the day we called. Simon has countless projects in my home.
