My computer wouldn't even turn on and Francis from tech Squad helped me out and fixed it better than it ever was. Amazing service from this company! Definitely the best place for computer repair in Calgary. Kris was my technician and he was extremely helpful. He removed viruses, installed better protection, optimized my computer, got my printer working again and setup my iPad in less than an hour. Even the bill was far less than expected which was great so close to Christmas. I would recommend tech espresso to everyone who needs computer repair and would like excellent service in the process.

My RV was broken down at an intersection in cochrane on a busy August weekend. I was being honked at, people were shaking their fists at me (unbelievable), and my girls were sitting at a campground by themselves in Field. I was upset, a little desperate and feeling vulnerable (single lady alone). The Ama driver referred me to JD's auto center that would take me in right away to at least look at it (some i'd called were saying 2 weeks away even to give an opinion!) The mechanic looked at it right away and did some minor repairs/cleaned the fuel filter and sent me on my way without insisting I needed a new fuel pump etc. Ie. He was honest. The shop stayed open a bit later to accommodate me. I know how uncaring people in this world can be these days.... That day reset my faith in humanity and I was on the road that night; made it to Field at dusk to find my 2 frightened, much-relieved girls sitting at a picnic table at dusk. This Starbucks is very quick service and staffed mostly with students. My guess is most attend MRU closeby. The location is very convenient like most Starbucks, and the coffee is always right. One time when they did make a mistake, I went back and was reimbursed for my purchase. Delicious and quick.

I am an editor for a local Calgary news paper (for which I can not mention the name due to our policy) and was in the middle of a large story when my youngest one accidentally spilled wine over my brand new MacBook Pro.
They came and repaired it immediately and saved the day!
