We were traveling from the US with an RV towing a Ford Escape in late August. The Escape has a Remco transmission pump installed to keep the transmission cool. The pump was malfunctioning. We called the Remco Company and our local service garage. None of their suggestions worked. We finally stopped to see Mike at High River, replaced the old fluid with synthetic and it solved the problem. This guy is good, fast, inexpensive. He saved our day. Have been on the road for 2 months with no trouble.

My computer wouldn't even turn on and Francis from tech Squad helped me out and fixed it better than it ever was. He kept in touch with me during every step, he was courteous, and was very mindful of not wasting my money..i can't say enough about the service from this company. I purchased the ADL Spa hydrotherapy tub from Aquassure Accessible Baths Kelowna in 2012 in order to treat my advanced osteoarthritis. I use it with Epsom salts as soon as I feel any joint pain or muscle tightness and have experienced very positive results. The adjustable massaging jets can be aimed directly over the painful area, and sliding smoothly in and out without any awkward bending and stretching is also a 'joint-saver.' The installation was straightforward and went without a hitch. My new tub is a very reliable and attractive addition to my bathroom. I now can perform my own hydrotherapy WITHOUT LEAVING MY HOME! I have no regrets whatsoever in purchasing this wonderful product. Thank you Aquassure for such a unique invention which helps me live a pain-free life without needing any risky surgery!

My RV was broken down at an intersection in cochrane on a busy August weekend. I was being honked at, people were shaking their fists at me (unbelievable), and my girls were sitting at a campground by themselves in Field. I was upset, a little desperate and feeling vulnerable (single lady alone). The Ama driver referred me to JD's auto center that would take me in right away to at least look at it (some i'd called were saying 2 weeks away even to give an opinion!) The mechanic looked at it right away and did some minor repairs/cleaned the fuel filter and sent me on my way without insisting I needed a new fuel pump etc. Ie. He was honest. The shop stayed open a bit later to accommodate me. I know how uncaring people in this world can be these days.... That day reset my faith in humanity and I was on the road that night; made it to Field at dusk to find my 2 frightened, much-relieved girls sitting at a picnic table at dusk. Coach was awesome in helping my kids and myself pick out badminton shoes. All three of us have wide and thick feet which are really hard to fit. His expertise and knowledge are top notch and resulted in results on the court. The kiddos noticed that the shoes resulted in better grip and fit and are able to put more effort into their drills without worrying about slipping and injury from unproper fitted footwea

This Starbucks is very quick service and staffed mostly with students. My guess is most attend MRU closeby. The location is very convenient like most Starbucks, and the coffee is always right. One time when they did make a mistake, I went back and was reimbursed for my purchase. Delicious and quick.
