2009 Toyota Marix E & ROB: July 12, 2018: The 2 Express Technicians at Crown Toyota located at1717 Waverley Street in Winnipeg, MB. Best service ever and went beyond with an abundance of patience. I insisted on a tip but they consistently refused saying that for them it was all about customer satisfaction. They went out of their way to change a rear brake bulb which should have been a simple 5 minute job but was not. Had to remove 4 panels & took them at least 20-25 minutes. Thanks guys; Y

I bought a 2007 Toyota Sienna from Ishmael and had a great experience. He was extremely forthright and knowledgeable about my vehicle and very patient and creative about finding a financing arrangement with me. He was a pleasure to work with all the way through and 10 months into ownership I am totally satisfied with this vehicle. I bought rebuilt a car for my wife from Kareem (as is condition) and drove it home. It would not start the next day. Called Kareem and he came over with his son to try to fix. He could not get it going so was going to tow to his shop and fix at this own expense. Then I took the keys out of the ignition and he noticed it was not the original (got new one cut). He asked for the old key and the car started. He laughed and left. Honorable man. Deal with him as he stands behind his sales.

I can’t say enough about the level of service here. They honoured the warranty although it is a Canadian vehicle. Did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it.
