I dropped off lock and key sets for my 1964 Ford Galaxie, and I hoped that the Biggar’s could rework them and make them use-able. They rose to the challenge and did an excellent job with those vintage parts. When I returned to pick them up, my other car would not start when I was leaving. Kevin went above and beyond to help me. The fastest I've ever had keys cut, and friendly service to boot. Ron is a very kind man and even made my second set of keys in a different colour because it was hard to tell them apart. Now I don't need to have a sticker on one key, it's just obvious! Super friendly and we'll priced, I'd recommend to anyone and will be going back for all future key cuts. Also he takes covid precautions very seriously, which I appreciate.

10/10 recommend! The receptionist/dispatcher who took my call was polite and answered all my questions. She was able to get a tow truck within 20 minutes of calling.
The driver was friendly, happy, and knowledgeable. He does his job well and helped get me out of a stressful situation. If I ever need a tow truck again (I hope I won’t), I will 100% call Ken’s Towing!
