Installers Steve and Borin arrived on time, and with smiles to install 6 windows at our home. What a great job! Not a rush job, just a great thorough job. Kept us informed at every step. Both techs were highly skilled and completed a quality installation both inside and out. We will be requesting Steve and Borin when we have additional work done next spring.

I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. We had been told about Sunspace’s fantastic patio enclosures and very glad we went to Ricks to check it out.
Rick priced everything out & suggested we cap all existing wood post, which we see now set everything off perfectly.
Ricks installers Carson and West did a great job on all the capping and left our place looking amazing.
We installed the Sunspace panels and couldn’t be happier.

Ed was quick to respond to my quote request, setting up the first meeting & getting the quote to us. In past years we struggled to get quotes for our windows and door replacement so this was very much appreciated. The whole process was easy & he really listened to what we wanted and made great suggestions. We couldnt be happier with our new garden door & they even went the extra mile and installed a handle similar to our front door when one wasnt provided. The attention to detail is incredible!
