Had such an awesome experience with Klomps. We had a landscape design created and installed by Klomps and from the beginning we felt welcomed and no pressure. All the staff are so professional, knowledgeable, understanding, polite, patient, acceptable, and creative. Great variety of product! I went in for essential oils and found lots of other items I'd been looking for too. I did have trouble getting attention from the staff, but I am an introvert and tend to wait rather than aggressively ask. ;)

Kevin assisted us in choosing our beautiful radiant heat gas fireplace. We just love it and, as promised, it heats our whole cottage! The installation was smooth, efficient, and clean. The installers were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

Amazing customer service. They responded to my e-mail in less than 1 Hr and quoted within 1:30Hr Min. They use ultra purified water for their window cleaning. Windows looked better than when they were new. They also clean the exterior trim when they clean your windows. They cleaned my front door and my garage door complimentary.
