I've been participating in group training with Mark at Core Focus for over a year and have lost 45 pounds so far and gained multiple positive health and fitness results. Group training is fun, positive, and the group members are supportive of each other. Mark is a great trainer - he challenges, makes group classes interesting and interactive - he is personable and gives one-on-one attention and assessments to each participant. I am a different person and I couldn't have gotten here without Mark!

The patient care provided by Breakthrough is specific to my 8 year old daughter's needs, and not one size fits all. She has autism and ADHD, speech delays, and cognitive delays. The neurofeedback program designed by Dr. Oh and the clinical counselling provided by Caterina, RCC, have helped my daughter improve in awareness and attention to others. We appreciate all the thought and effort from Breakthrough! :)

Thank you Royal Square Dental for the treatment you did with my periodontal problem, I don’t have nightmares anymore. I went to fitness town burnaby and had many questions about some of the equipment. Lou and his staff were extremely helpful to answer my questions and didn’t make me feel like I was taking up too much time. I would defiantly go back there and recommend it to my friends and others.

I was set up for a full cut & foils with Shanda, and may I just say she was fantastic. My color was done at the beginning on May, and has lasted so beautifully. I have recommended the spa services to a few family members, and they too have enjoyed their time here.
I have been to a few salons in my day, but non compare to the quality that this place produces. Thank you for a great and consistent experience.
