I love coming to Magnolia Regeneration Spa. I was recommended by my mum a few years ago and now I will be a customer for life. The facials are always customized to what my skin needs, and the products used are top quality that are made with mostly natural ingredients. Irena is super knowledgeable about the products she uses but also about health and wellness as a whole. She is happy to share information with me at anytime. If you are ready to commit to your own well being and fitness this is the place to come to. I joined August 2018 and I have been going three times a week. My arthritis pain is no longer controlling me and I have improved my strength and agility. I highly recommend Marion and her team of trainers who make each session fun and I have met a fun group of like minded woman who are working to improve their own health. A most enjoyable and rewarding experience.

I have been going to Robin for around 12 years now and can’t imagine life without her. She has help me with a multitude of issues ranging from living with disc injuries and hyper mobility to pre-and post natal care and TMJ disorder. I've been participating in group training with Mark at Core Focus for over a year and have lost 45 pounds so far and gained multiple positive health and fitness results. Group training is fun, positive, and the group members are supportive of each other. Mark is a great trainer - he challenges, makes group classes interesting and interactive - he is personable and gives one-on-one attention and assessments to each participant. I am a different person and I couldn't have gotten here without Mark!

We have went there for a nice brunch and believe me every of our dish was very good. I had particularly liked the ‘Healthy Choice Salad’!! Whereas my friend had liked the ‘Fruit Smoothie’!! All the dishes were lip smacking and believe me it’s a must visit by all.

The patient care provided by Breakthrough is specific to my 8 year old daughter's needs, and not one size fits all. She has autism and ADHD, speech delays, and cognitive delays. The neurofeedback program designed by Dr. Oh and the clinical counselling provided by Caterina, RCC, have helped my daughter improve in awareness and attention to others.
