What an amazing company to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble for them as they went out of their way to repair our shades not even purchased there. Today was my first visit, definetly will not be my last. Moe is very talented and an obvious professional. He gets your input every step of the way to ensure you are getting exactly what you want. Not that it really matters when getting a haircut but thought I'd mention he is great to chat with and comes accross as a great guy. Pay him a visit you won't go anywhere else after your gone down this path.

John Fase is a very knowledgeable and caring professional who helped with this life changing event. He was able to shed a light on many aspects that were new to me. In the process of having my roof replaced by this company, including a skylight, I noticed that they exceeded what I'm certain many other contractors would have decided was "good enough" at every opportunity. (Such as replacing non-warranty abiding ridge shingles on a peak shared with a neighbour, with the proper product, at no extra cost) I was completely satisfied with the work, the pricing was fair, and the customer service was outstanding. My roof was started and finished while I was at work, with barely a trace of evidence that extensive work had been done in my absence. Their efficiency and proficiency was appreciated by both myself and my neighbours, who immediately asked me for the contact info for this company. I strongly recommend hiring Impact Roofing..

I was totally stressed out over a debit card issue that arose after I had bought an item online. Rachel to the rescue! She calmed me down and helped me through the solution step by step, easy-peasy! So relieved! And if that isn't enough, they enclose a free chocolate bar with your delivery! Does Staples do that? Why no, no they do not! Love these guys! And I won't forget their kindness when I was in need.
