Called to make an appointment for an etest, after talking on the phone and settling on a time for the next day I got a call back with an opening for that afternoon, I showed up an hour early and it was taken in right away! Very friendly and super helpful. Didn't try to take advantage of a widow who may not have known about cars (I hate typing it, but believe it or not it can still happen these days).
