While on the return leg of a round trip Minnesota, USA to Alaska motorcycle trip my companion had a close encounter with a Moose. Six broken bones and two hours north of Fort Nelson. After the Ft. Nelson Hospital airlifted my friend to a hospital in Vancouver I retrieved my friends motorcycle and returned to Ft. Nelson. I found the Radiator & Muffler shop across the highway from our motel and met Rick Rossi. He agreed to store the Honda Goldwing and trailer at no charge.

I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!!

These folks are the heroes of the northern roads! They offered us unbelievably fast, on the spot service for a tire repair in the middle of our road trip. The owner was very friendly and personable and they had us on the road within 40 minutes of us even noticing we had an issue. I can’t say enough good things about the service!
