He got me the deal I wanted and took his time to walk me throu everything. He was very patient with me the hole time. Because of him I left with the vehicle I wanted with a price I could afford! I previously had hearing aids for 5 yrs but never wore them as they never fit. Went to The Ear Company expecting to purchase new ones but they made adjustments to mine and they fit perfectly. Just had my windshield replaced by Dougs Auto glass. Am very satisfied with his service and highly recommend this business. Had my windshield replaced the day after Doug ordered the windshield. He drove me home as i had no way to get back after leaving my car for service. Called me when the car was ready for pickup.The cost was very reasonable. Got home and as i stepped out of the car i noticed that the inside of the car was cleaned up including all the floor mats.

Lakeshore just replaced a broken tailgate handle and locking mechanism on my 2008 Toyota Rav4. They did an excellent job. The new handle and locking mechanism is better than the old parts and the tailgate works better than it did when I picked up my new Rav4 16 years ago.
