We were looking into purchasing an income property. The market seemed good to explore things. We are from London so knew we would be doing this from a distance. I met Kathy a few years ago and knew she was pursuing a new career in Real Estate. Over a couple emails she got some info on what we were looking for and in less than 48 hours I had an email with potential properties. What incredible service. She has been tremendous to work with. I recently built a house and bought the majority of the supplies from Rona in Chatham. This turned out to be a very wise move. They have quality products and the service is the best. They were so accommodating both in price and service, I don't think I could have done better any other place. While they are located a bit out of the way, it's well worth the effort to seek them out.
