I would highly recommend anyone to your branch on Cromer Avenue because of the wonderful service that Bernadette Kent provides.She is so easy to deal with and it is a very friendly atmosphere when you're around her. I've always had great service at this RBC branch in the Exploits Valley Mall. The opening hours could be better (but they are RBC standard for most branches - 10 to 5 Monday to Friday). Both the tellers/CSRs and financial service representatives are friendly and the atmosphere overall is very positive at this branch. Parking is sometimes quite a bit away but that's not a fault of the branch, just the additional traffic at the mall lately.
