I send all my starter and alternator work here. I Have always received great work and even better service. He is eager to help with the complex issues i have had in the past. Overall very great experience as always.

This is the second time over a number of years that I have had to bring in my vehicle for repair. The work is alway excellent. But be prepared to set aside a chunk of your life to get the work finished. Imperial is very busy and getting your car finished in quick order is not their priority.
Bottom line, if you can wait, get your work done here. If you have a schedule, find someone else.

We had a wonderful meal and excellent service.
I have food allergies and they were able to work around it. Even at the end of the meal our server remembered, and even offered a dessert option for me. The restaurant has a nice ambiance - not rushed. We will be back on our next visit to Chatham.
