He was incredibly quick, incredibly detailed, incredibly knowledgeable and we were very impressed with his thoroughness and his attention to detail. I haven’t experienced kickboxing before, also I was so picky for choosing kind of class that can motivate me for constantly workout. Eventually I picked ilovekickboxing and it turned out that made me really loved kickboxing!!! I highly recommended ilovekickboxing! It’s energetic, fantastic, motivating class.Very nice and friendly staff and such an amazing place!

Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. I felt energized after each class and that’s what makes me want to keep going back. Love my #fitfam!!

I highly recommend Avanti Appliance Repair & Refrigeration in terms of efficiency and pricing. I was in a situation where three of my appliances weren't working properly. A technician arrived Sunday morning, diagnosed the problems and quoted me a price for each appliance. Two appliances were fixed and are working flawlessly. The third one needs a control board that has to be special ordered. I was sent a text with the exact cost of the part and expected labour Sunday evening. Very good service!
