Glen and the team fixed a known issue with my 2015 Mustang, from reading other peoples experiences with this issue it seems hard to diagnose and correct but Glen and the team at Dixie Ford kept at it and finally after replacing some drive train components it is running smooth. You're not a 5 star dealership because you sold someone a great car that they love. You're a 5 star dealership when you sell someone a car that has issues and you immediately fix them. That's what happened to me. My Tesla has issues in the first week after I bought it. Zack told me to take it directly to Tesla to get it fixed. The repair bill was nearly $1,000 and Seven Speed paid the whole bill. Trust these guys, they have your back!Lire plus

TOTAL SATISFACTION! My wife and I were in the market for a smaller second car to replace her 2004 Vibe and we started our search on the net, reviewing, pricing and searching the market. We gathered a few brochures, including a couple from the Milton Kia dealership. This is when we met Juan Carlos and his manager Victor and our first impressions were very positive. These gentlemen were respectful, attentive and genuinely helpful. No pressure, just a smile and a desire to be helpful. In the end, we purchased a Kia Soul at a very good price. I had done my homework and JC and Victor met my price without hesitation. I was impressed, not only with their approach, but with the car I purchased, the 5 year warranty, the 5 year road assistance plan, the free oil changes from Milton Kia for 5 years, the 0% financing and no payments for three months. A truly enjoyable experience! It took us all of 30mins to decide on leasing our new car v/s the competition. VW’s secret sauce is its people. Yawar, our sales guy, was just amazing.
