They met my every need. Not only were they very personable and kind, I was heading off to a trip in a few days, so they worked as quickly as possible for me to get it working in time.It has been about a month now, my phone is still in perfect working condition. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays.
