Awesome Service. He knows what hes talking about. Solders and heat shrinks everything and doersnt use plastic butt connectors. Very pleased with the price. Was givien a flat rate and didnt charge more than what he quoted. Thanks Al

As always, the team members at the Bell store in Driftwood Mall, Courtenay were so helpful, friendly and treated these two seniors with respect and dignity as we are not too up to date on our phones.
They had us setup with a new phone and transferring from our older phones..great service and quick.
Hubby back there today with more questions and they both are so eager to help.

I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.
