Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. I have have had a few different cars in my life and more than wanted due to a couple of nasty accidents. More than anything I hate pushy salesmen or having someone in my face pressuring me into something I am unsure of. My experience at Langley Hyundai was probably the best I ever had, they answered all my questions accurately and were very patient with me. I left the building feeling really good about my purchase, not wondering if I made the right decision. Everyone was very welcoming and I will definitely recommend Gus Gill and his amazing staff to all my friends. I am soooo loving my Santa Fe.
