Toyota has amazing customer service , best in town for sure ! I purchased my 2016 Toyota Rav 4 last May, and I could not be happier with it! It has everything I could need and more , not to mention it's gorgeous! I found the staff there so great! They are all knowledgeable , honest friendly people. I had gone to another dealership in town before deciding on Festing Toyota and it was a horrible experience. I Couldn't have asked for a better experience at Toyota they were excellent.

Dealing with this dealer for few years. Always received a royal treatment from all the staff. Very knowledgeable service advisors have always explained everything in details and suggested possible solutions. Sales manager went waaay out of his expected duties to accommodate my requests even realizing that he will not make a sale. Great crew, highly recomended.

This business was most kind to me. On Saturday last, my tire blew out on the highway and I drove to the service door a few minutes before they were scheduled to close for the day. The service reps took my car in immediately and determined the problem. They got me back on the road with my spare tire in place and refused any payment. I was amazed! I am from a small town 2 hours away and needed the help and they refused any compensation. MacFarlane GMC is my hero! Thank you!
