I went in this week and purchased a brand new 2017 Kia Sorento. The same day they got it out of the show room and my wife and I drove it home. I must say, the service from all of the staff at Anderson Kia was excellent and refreshing. Super friendly and very knowlegable. I love how disbrowe treats their customers. You feel welcomed and trust things will be done properly without being hassled to fix things that aren't broken. They are fast and provide comp transportation while you wait and even wash your car. I live in London but still choose to bring my vehicle to disbrowes simply for the best customer service I've ever experienced.

Every staff member we were in contact with was professional and warm. The service was excellent and the facilities were spotless and attractive. My car wouldn't start, I called the dealership and they took my car in quickly, updated me every step of they way and delivered my car to me promptly. It was such an anxiety provoking moment for me and they took all of that away and made me feel calm so I could go about my day while they fixed my car. I have never had anything but an exceptional experience. Thank you Zihan, Markus and Caidan and team! The best!!!!
