Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. we searched every corner of greater vancouver, tried ten personal or dealer cars, described were even better, but get disappointed at all. Thanks god we found a 2004 Mazda3 in here and I roadtested the car,,,, wow, a new car is just so so! The deal was very easy to make! Afer drive home we just glad could not sleep whole night long.
