Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. I felt energized after each class and that’s what makes me want to keep going back. Love my #fitfam!!

These guys do an excellent job!
My Outlander had a front damage, the whole bumper, lights, grill was ripped off as by a collision with a pick-up truck. They accepted me right away and fixed my car in seven working days. In a meantime I was driving a Dodge SUV a very nice comfy car with lots of feature built in (no complaints). The repair is excellent new and shiny better than before. Good job guys.
I strongly recommend this body shop to anyone (in need).

Since needing a lower partial and new upper denture, I needed to find myself a good denturist in the Maple Ridge area. And that I did. I can not say enough about the Maple Ridge Denture Clinic. Lino (my denturist)and Faye (the receptionist) went above and beyond in customer service making my visits and experience at the clinic the best it was. Water was running down in our backyard. Septic field backed up. I called Brian and he came to see the problem when he said he would. He explained the situation…gave me a quote and when he could start.
He came to do the job when he said he would and stuck with the job until it was finished in a very difficult terrain.
He took pictures of what he was doing at all stages to document the job. Had the equipment to do a professional job. He replaced the top soil and seeded the lawn. Great Job.
