I met Dr. Nelson after a slip and fall accident sustained as a letter carrier for Canada Post Corporation in 2011. My whole left side was compromised. I was hugely concerned! I had a very physically demanding job, 2 small children at home whom needed their mom and I could not even lift them because of the injury I sustained. My quality of life was the terrible! These guys were very helpful with getting rid of my Rodent problem for me. I am eternally gratefull to them. They answered all my questions and i appreciate that they used products that will not harm my pets or children. They also came back a few weeks later to check that the rats did not return and they filled the entry holes that they were using to get into my home so they stay away. Definately a quality company.

On the busiest of days, two days after X-mas, I came in and was attended to immediately who was able to go right to the last item, a specific TV, and rung it up..... and delivered it to my car at the far end of the parking lot; all with the greatest cheer. Best service I've received in a long time !

My dad has taken his guide dog here fir years. They are friendly and very knowledgable about the special care needed fir my dads small dog. They even treat him (dog) with special care not to touch his feet.
