Kal Tire repaired a flat tire for no charge.after Jacks Tire would repair only for a charge.That tire was a part of a set of 4 tires that I bought from Jacks Tire 6 months earlier.From now on I shop at Kal Tire.

I had a wonderful experience with Kal Tire on Victoria Road. My 82 year old Mother and I had a flat tire - and we had just come off the ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo. We had a long journey from Seattle, Washington. We pulled into Kal Tire to get the tire fixed - it had a nail in it. They removed the nail, fixed the tire, and didn't charge us for the repair. Very kind. Thank You Kal Tire for your generosity.

Came here on a road trip when one of my tires had a slow leak. The guy helped us out immediately even though he was on a lunch. Super nice guy and helped me with exactly what I needed. If I lived in the area this would be the place I would go to take my car.

I have received the best service from Mel in the auto shop. My battery went in my car and being a single mom with one car I was in a panic. MEl was able to fit me in right away ( I had to call I tow truck to pick up the car while I was working) . I work in qualicum so I worried about how I was going to get to canadian tire in parksville to pick up my car, Mel and a Co worker drove my car to qualicum to my work. They went far and above in their service. I will be back for all of my car needs. Thank you again.

I have had two instances where I have had to ask for help with flat tires in the past year. Once at Christmas and now just yesterday. A family run business who are always doing the best to fit you in even when they are very busy. Kind, courteous and helpful. They always fit me in, fast,friendly service. I feel I get good value for my dollar and they are local! They do most of the maintenance on my 2004 Subaru.....PS it's still going strong at just about 400k. I think that says it all!!

We came up for 10 days vacation when our BMW started running very rough with no BMW service station on the Coast. I called Wayne and he said he was booked for the week but to bring it in. The next day he had the car fixed and the invoice was very reasonable. Thank you Wayne et al.. I have already recommended you to my friends who live on the Coast.
