We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming. I've been coming to this shop since 2008, if not earlier than that. I've also had my family and friends come to this shop every single year. Whether it for new rims, change of summer or winter tires or tire balancing. The owner is Francis and he and his son in the back know what they are doing. I remember coming here when Brandon (the owners son) was still learning the trade and now he is the wizard in the back doing all the work. Service is great, prices are more than favourable to the client!

I have been using this business since it opened (20+ years). I just had my car in for an In and Out car wash today and was once again impressed with their attention to detail and their excellent customer service. They have recently updated their operation.
