Came out in the morning and found I had a flat tire. Sam and his team took care of me in under an hour. Plugged the tire on the spot in and out within 10 mins. I was in for service today, annual tire change and the team in the back on time with everything set up and working with tire pressure etc. The person at the counter, sorry I forgot your name thank you...so important to have a great person at the desk, switch to your store from another CDN tire because of the greeting and communication- thanks again.

Always happy with these guy's work. Every time I bring my car in for a maintenance wash get it back shining better than when bought it new.
I highly recommend everyone to give them a try and I bet it will be worth visiting them for any type of carwash or car detailing services.

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. We trust the degree of knowledge, the expertise, wouldn't go anywhere else ... bonus ... prices are very fair! Thank you Water Street Auto

My favourite shop to visit. these guys know their cars. never upsell me work i dont need. they give me a nice inspection with my oil change and advise me what needs attention soon and what can wait. very informative

My daughter attends university in Guelph. She was experiencing problems with her truck so I called Howie at Autosparks. He asked if my daughter could drop the truck off to which she did. About an hour later Howie called me here in Toronto and explained what the problem was and quoted me a very reasonable rate to fix the problems. He actually over delivered by going out of his way to do a full vehicle inspection and give me the report! His honesty and knowledge keeps us as his customer. His service was timely and the price very reasonable.

I had a remote starter installed here in 2020 in my truck.
My battery died and the remote would not work any longer.
Took the truck in (without appointment) and Scott had working in just a few minutes (without charge!)
Old fashioned customer service? ...I like it!
This is about the 4th or 5th starter I have had Autosonics do and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
