Excellent Chiropractic care provided by Dr. Basi. I recently got fitted for custom foot orthotics. I absolutely love them, helped me with my foot pain. Carla and Paul are the 2 RMTs I see regularly. Justin is a great trainer and a great individual to deal with. He has an online program that is very accommodating and he has a private gym that can be used individually or with a small group. I never saw it before it was renovated; however, I have been several times since they re-opened, and I've loved it every time. The ambiance is perfect (cute cafe style), the food is great, and thank goodness for more vegan restaurants that have tasty food!! I'm very grateful for this place :)

I don't normally shop for clothes at local boutiques but I gave it a try at Shades of Grey on 124 Street and walked out with basically a gorgeous, brand new wardrobe!!
It's a lovely little place with excellent salespeople and even better clothes!
I got a lot of cute blouses, a skirt and two adorable dresses.
The items can get a little pricy but I was looking for some new clothes for Spring so my splurge here just about covers that!
There are so many great brands here and a ton of jewlery from local artists. I picked up a beautiful necklace as well.
Shades of Grey has great selection and I will definitely be back! Shop local!
