I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. Their mailbox service is far cheaper than Canada Post's PO Box service, and doesn't restrict shipments from certain couriers that don't ship to PO boxes. You get a Suite no. with bussiness mailbox services (great price), and this makes your address look more elegant and professional as a business. Any printing services are available at the location, as well as fully serviced UPS packaging and shipping.
I highly recommend this location of the UPS store. As a busienss expense the mailbox service is small and helps separate business mail and all those bills and invoices from the big enough pile you have to deal with from your home address.
