Last minute decision for a party of 4 and found this hidden gem online. They took us in and gave us exceptional service. Trang (owner) and Yen serviced us and were very friendly and did an excellent job on our pedicures and manicure. The place was nice, bright, comfortable and clean. They offered us tea and their massage chairs are very relaxing.Their prices are very reasonable and you don’t feel rushed at all. Highly recommended! Once people find out about Charming it will get very busy!!

Shane and his crew renovated our whole kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! They did amazing work and were very reliable and professional, yet lots of fun too! Shane was excellent at communicating with us and kept us involved and informed every step of the way.I was very impressed by their ability to adapt and take care of any problems that arose. I called 7 lumber yards to get a quote for a small project. Dunbar Lumbers price was 30% less then the next lowest one. Obviously I went with them. I did my order over the phone and e-mail and it was delivered to my door the next day. When it was discovered that an error had been made in my order they immediately accepted that, no hassle. The replacement pieces were delivered within an hour at no extra charge. Will I shop with them again? Duh. Probably won't even call around next time.

This lady has a vast background in hairdressing,serving many years as a hairdresser etc., on cruise ships. European trade her skills are obvious especially in use of her scissors in restyling hair. I was especially pleased in her quick understanding of what I was attempting to tell her of the style I wanted and how she was expertly able to transfer my out of bounds of naturally curly hair into something manageable and stylish.

I loved the staff; they care, and were polite, professional, and kind! They saw to every detail, and comfort. The salon was immaculate! So clean!

This place is next level exceptional!
My partner and were visiting Victoria from Toronto and were recommended this spot by a friend. You really do treat your clients like family in that you offer us a beverage and a treat, give us the most comfortable spot in the place and chat with us. The massage chairs are next level great! I worked through a few knots in my back. As I write this, I can safely say the pedicures are still looking great three weeks later! You must give this place a try!!
