We had broken down almost 500 km from home and required a tow from Tobermory to a garage in Owen sound and then another one home to near Oshawa, ontario. Had an emergency I thought, left a message at 4.30pm, he called back at 5.30, solved the “emergency” in 5 mins by his guidance and knowledge. I’m flabbergasted at this time of year, and to have such a personal approach with patience, myself trying his suggestions while on the phone, blown away. Excellent work, and surprisingly(delightfully) large number of fabric choices. My cats are the reason I needed the couch recovered in the first place. Hopefully the new heavy plastic cover will deter their seeing the arm as a scratching post. Very happy with my new improved seating!
