I had to get my DeWalt compressor fixed under warranty but couldn’t find my receipt. William went above and beyond dealing with DeWalt to determine by the serial number that it was indeed covered under warranty and continued to deal with them throughout the whole process. Although I’ve thanked you several times already, I just want to say that if it wasn’t for you my compressor would probably still be sitting in their warehouse.

I would recommend Horwood's Limited to everyone. They were so helpful and kind today. We had our septic tank cause issues and found out it was really full and they sent a truck out right away. Thank you for making my not so good day better today. Your kindness meant everything to me today. From start to finish this company was terrific.

If you are looking for a reliable and secure shredding company call IPS and you wont be dissapointed. This company is a professional company with friendly helpful drivers and will go out of thier way to make sure your experience with them is 1 of the best in customer services.
