On a recent trip from Timmins,for a medical appointment the front left caliper seized on our truck. It was 3:00 pm on a Friday afternoon. We called several garages, but West End Alignment and Auto Repair was the only one that agreed to help. They worked 45 minutes past their closing time to get the repair done. Extremely thankful for their assistance. Peter and the other mechanic were lifesavers. We were 6 people in the vehicle including two elders, an infant and a preschooler. Thank -you

When have you heard a story like this. I'm a senior citizen and no longer work on my own cars. Took it told him I have a brake problem. ! He get the front apart calls and ask front or back I said front. He then opens up the rear inspects all is good. I said oh so sorry what do I owe You? He says nothing; stop by and brings the boys coffee and donuts !!!!! Can you believe this an honest automotive shop in Sudbury !! Now my whole family and friends go there.

Dr. Alaura did something I never thought would happen! I have been suffering from shoulder pain for years and have tried everything including another chiropractor with no results and after only 6 visits there was relief and after 12, mobility was back and the pain and numbness down my arm were down to pretty much non-existent. Fais part du problème via téléphone à M. Lavoie. Venu sur les lieux dans les 45 minutes et a rectifié le problème en quelques secondes ( les détecteurs).
N'a rien voulu accepter ni pour le déplacement ni pour le service. Du monde honnête encore existe sur notre planète!

Have been travelling here for Krown rust protection on two vehicles now-our local Krown isn't known for great service or work and well that last Rustcheck (local business) visit was not at all worth the headaches and staff seemed less than enthused/knowledgeable to be working in such an environment. Had heard Krown/Discount car wash In Sturgeon Falls was fantastic and really at that point what did we have to lose? Well we are not sorry we took that chance. fantastic service always!
