I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. The team of Northern is second to none. I would'nt consider taking my computer anywhere else.

I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

After battling with a leaking basement for four years, Johnson Group was able to repair the leaking wall in a very efficient and professional way. The workers were courteous, respectful and kept us informed as work progressed. They took all necessary steps to keep our carpets and appliances clean. Called McBride Plumbing and they came to my home and fixed my sink and leaky taps quickly and efficiently! Very pleased as both Ken and his aide. Both gentlemen were polite and answered all my questions. Highly recommend! Will call them again.

EXCELLENT customer service, needed an emergency windshield replacement and they got it done within a few hours, even drove down to Toronto in order to get the windshield we needed. Highly recommend, very friendly staff.

I called Brad At your home sm Eng Repair and I was really impressed. He got back to me right away and we booked an appointment. He showed up and had everything he needed in his truck
He fixed my snowblower really fast and gave me a lot of good tips. Very reasonable price.
