I have been coming to O'Haira's for over two years and I have never been that faithful to a salon before in my life. Jeff the owner of Comfort Tech did us a solid. After the initial repair he personally involved himself in a subsequent failure in our heat pump. It was removed from premises and promptly returned repaired and functional in two days. The second failure was independent of the first, however the fees amounting to several hours worth were entirely waived. Much to our relief and appreciation, Comfort Tech demonstrated the class act they are.

I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.

We have had our ducts cleaned recently, and it was a great experience. The gentleman who came to our home was professional and brought a positive energy into the house. He was compassionate and respectful of our household, which we truly appreciated.
He did an excellent job and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also offered a natural sanitizing option, which was really important to us because we are sensitive to chemicals.

My quote request for Leaf Guard gutter covers at my residence was responded to promptly and I was paid an on-site visit by Jamey who inspected my gutters and provided a detailed description of work to be done(including some minor repair work which I was grateful to have found

Val is the most amazing person doing alterations around! She completely changed my wedding dress to exactly what I wanted. She saw me multiple times and accommodated me as Im not from Kelowna. I appreciated a business person who does what he says - showing up on time, and calling to confirm the time, not just sometime this morning or afternoon but an actual time, and your prices are very reasonably, I didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of.

I will never, and I mean NEVER, get a brazilian by anyone else! She is so fast yet efficient. She gets every hair (seriously, she is like a waxing wizard) and she always makes sure I am comfortable...given the circumstances ;)
I had to use 2 other estheticians recently because of scheduling conflicts, and they simply do not compare. They took almost triple the time, left hair behind, and a ton of breakage. When Audra says she is the Queen of Brazilians, everybody better bow down!

Please read the whole review. I doubt that I will ever need their services at my home again. Why. The reroofing job they did was above and beyond our expectations. From first contact to Darcy’s follow up after completing was an amazing experience. Very professional, timely, and quality workmanship. The installer, Joseph, should be teaching others how to work efficiently and organized. I would give them a 6 out of 5 Star rating.
