Very friendly and helpful from the first encounter. I recall when I spoke with him, I did not tell him about my familial account, but his investigations showed that my parents had an account with Allstate which allowed me to get additional discounts on my insurance. Further, when I contacted him later about a discrepancy with Drivewise, he readily and quickly looked into it, rectifying the issue! He’s an outstanding Agent that goes above beyond for his clients! Crown Pest Control, went above and beyond for us. We had a severe infestation of bedbugs in one of our rental properties and even though it was a lot of preparation work the treatments were successful.
Haseena (Owner) was incredibly helpful through this stressful process. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw her at the initial inspection, my husband's jaw hit the floor! We were nonetheless, impressed by her professional manner and how she made us feel comfortable.
