Cant Believe the knowledge the owner and staff have for lighting. They go out of your way to make sure everything is perfect. I was in stores many times all the way to Toronto and have never had the service, experience and selection like I did at City Lightz. Thank you for all your hard work, I know I wasnt an easy customer to work with but thanks for having patience, Jim and Marlene you guys work amazing together and I will definitely reccommend you to everyone. This is fabulous electrical company. Juno and Colin came the same day as our call despite being on another job earlier that day. They assessed the bathroom fan fault very quickly (problem in the ceiling wiring feed) having eliminated a number of other things and were able to fix the wiring problem despite the tight length of available wiring. I would use them again, when required, and recommend them to anyone.

No air and it was Canada day weekend during a very bad heatwave. I called J&S not really thinking anyone would get back to me until after the holiday. Was pleasantly surprised when Ryan called me back and although he had a lot of calls he would get me in the next day, holiday Monday. Ryan was pleasant and punctual, so even though he did not have much of a holiday my husband and I can’t thank him enough
