Integrated Therapies has been my go to massage location for several years (maybe 15+). My most recent appointment was with therapist Orathai, who is a phenomenal masseuse. A right shoulder injury that has bothered me for over 18 months feels like it melted away after Orathai’s deep massage techniques.

Alternative touch is a great place to go for a massage. I’ve been getting work done by crystal and she’s very good at what she does. She improved my shoulder issue in only 1 session. Where physio could not in 8 sessions. She’s magical. Keep up the good work.

Booking online works wonderfully and Im usually able to get an appointment with in the week. Wide range of hours to accommodate any schedule. Excellent, this is the type of place that I was looking for, the Ostepathic and MT Diana is so knowledgeable, professional and know what exactly to do with muscles. I had arm pain and shoulder pain for years, I went for one session and I felt so revived! Only one session she got such magic fingers! I strongly recommend her her job is worth.
