The staff was also incredibly friendly & helpful & their level of service & technical expertise is unmatched. Had our 1 year old computer restored. All data recovered, including 20 years' worth of pictures. Service was fast and passed on some good advice to us. I would recommend them for sure. Brigitte

I took a t440 to him that had problems (4 bleeps etc). They looked it over for free, told me the possible price, and fixed it. Also advised putting in a solid state HD which was a great idea. Im writing this a year later. They are honest, competent, friendly and professional. Answered all my qq. I will go back to them. In comparison a Westdale shop I phoned, before Dr. Dan, was so rude after I asked a couple of qq. about what they were going to do that I decided never to try the other shop.
