I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. The team of Northern is second to none. I would'nt consider taking my computer anywhere else.

Couldn't ask for better service. I took my PC to the shop in the morning and it was fixed within a few hours. Got it back the same day. Reasonable prices too. I would recommend Computer Smart, and I'll use their services again if required.

The technician Justin that arrived to my house to address the issue with my fridge was not only knowledgeable but polite and respectful. Michelle, booked the appointment for the visit. Installers Steve and Borin arrived on time, and with smiles to install 6 windows at our home. What a great job! Not a rush job, just a great thorough job. Kept us informed at every step. Both techs were highly skilled and completed a quality installation both inside and out. We will be requesting Steve and Borin when we have additional work done next spring.
