Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. Dr. Wilson has been a lifesaver for me. I've been seeing him for continuous headaches ever since being in a car accident in Aug. When pain medication doesn't work, his accupuncture techniques do. Best dental experience Ive ever had, only at Star Dental. The staffs are very friendly and the facilities are clean and modern. I was extremely nervous about my extraction and the staff did their best to make me as comfortable as possible, many thanks to Dr. Komal . The procedure was surprisingly quick and pain-free. Thank you Royal Square Dental for the treatment you did with my periodontal problem, I don’t have nightmares anymore. I found this company through a groupon / online coupon for a furnace servicing. They were easy to schedule, came on time, serviced my furnace and were not pushy about upselling to other services. I had 'Ali' and he was polite, knowledgeable and very nice. It's great to get a deal with a Groupon, but it's better when you don't feel like they are treating you like less of a customer. I'll be replacing a furnace soon and will definitely give them a call again!

I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

Neil and the other's are honest, very caring and compassionate. I have found them to be very helpful when I have any questions or concerns and they are up to date with Transit regulations for scooters & power chairs. I have bought 2 machines from them in the last several years and will buy from them in future.

Paul is a very easy person to work with. The work was excellent and beyond expectations. As a small business, he's obviously very busy so while it took a few weeks to get scheduled, the job was done in one day. Nice clean work and the house looks great! I had some serious drainage issues and I wish I have done this year's ago. I would definitely recommend Paul to family, friends and neighbours.

In all the time I have gone to Dentist I have finally found the best dental office. dentist Cody Pewarchuk and the hygienist Michelle were so gentle you would not know you were sitting in a dental chair. Even when Dentist Cody gave me the freezing his technique is so good I did not feel the needle. I highly recommend this Dental office.
