Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. Im quite impressed with the professionalism of makus paintingtoday, they did a fabulous job considering how awkward my upper stairwell was to paint. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and should I need assistance in the future, i will use them again

Thank you Royal Square Dental for the treatment you did with my periodontal problem, I don’t have nightmares anymore. We followed Dr. Jeremy Chung from North Vancouver to Burnaby because he is such an excellent dentist. All crown work is done to perfection and Dr. Chung went out of his way many times to accommodate family members. We highly recommend him.

I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

Paul is a very easy person to work with. The work was excellent and beyond expectations. As a small business, he's obviously very busy so while it took a few weeks to get scheduled, the job was done in one day. Nice clean work and the house looks great! I had some serious drainage issues and I wish I have done this year's ago. I would definitely recommend Paul to family, friends and neighbours.
