Last minute decision for a party of 4 and found this hidden gem online. They took us in and gave us exceptional service. Trang (owner) and Yen serviced us and were very friendly and did an excellent job on our pedicures and manicure. The place was nice, bright, comfortable and clean. They offered us tea and their massage chairs are very relaxing.Their prices are very reasonable and you don’t feel rushed at all. Highly recommended! Once people find out about Charming it will get very busy!!

deserves a gallery of its own! So creative! I plan to go back... regularly! They appreciate their customers, and know how to treat them! Yeay!! I was grateful for the good service, and they genuinely seemed to be too! What a treat!

Pretty cool Burnaby nail studio that is specialized in Jap style 3D nail design. Went there under several occasions for pedi/ mani care and nail designs. Received awasome service. Got great deal with $10 dollar referral bonus as well! Me and my best girlfrd both got cute gell nails done!

I love this nail salon, I've had a pedicure and shellac manicures here. The salon is very clean and sanitary, and the decor is so modern and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location in Olympic Village is so easy to get to whether I drive my own car or take transit. Prices are really good and the service is great. I look forward to coming here over and over.

The service is always great! Very fair with price, and will remove your gel or shellac polish for free if you got them done from there. Been going there for two years now.

I live in Vancouver and I need to commute to Burnaby to see Theresa because I was not able to find better place . Theresa provide not only provide excellent customer service but she knows her profession very well that is very rare , Salon is very clean and service is the best, thank you!!! I have been coming to L’amour Nails for a couple of years now and leave satisfied every time! The staff are very friendly and very accommodating! Kim is my go-to girl for shellac manicures! Her work is excellent, whether it be a basic polish or design, she nails it every time!
