Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. All my family shops from Bayautozone, they are a good place to get a low millage car like almost brand new, I got my beetle from here 8 years ago and had no problem, then I bought a SLK with 6000 kilometers, I still have I it and enjoy it much, I also use the service shop, they have the best tire selection for summer and winter, and good prices, thank you bay auto zone!
