I have been most impressed with their product quality and diversity {especially the Crystal friends ?} of products, for such a tiny store.
The Manager/Owner on Mondays is so friendly and helpful, even whilst training new staff, and she always finds what I need.
The Assistant Manager on Tuesdays has excellent product knowledge and has such a lovely professional and genuinely kind vibe.
I am so WOW'ed that I would give a 7 out of 5; I highly recommended them!

Every arrangement I have bought from "In Bloom" has been unique, beautiful and has lasted for weeks. My plants are gorgeous also, and they have a great selection. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful, and always willing to drop everything to accommodate differing tastes. The gift area keeps expanding, so there are often new items. What a breath of freshness for Whitehorse!
