Find the staff at this store very helpful to someone who is a rookie tech wise. Have used their desktop computer numerous times to print off documents and staff very helpful at navigating its use.

On May 22, 2018 afternoon, I received outstanding customer service from Jay at Staples Canada at 1980 Eglinton Ave. E., Scarborough in purchasing my favourite unlocked mobile phone. I was in a hurry to buy a mobile phone for use at a conference on May 23. Jay helped me to set up my new mobile phone efficiently and accurately. He responded well to all my questions. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and polite with great problem-solving and time-management skills. Highly recommended.

Though you cant get through by phone and they dont take email orders so didnt read mine, I went in person with brochures I needed fast and got them in less than 1 1/2 hours. Thanks to Alyssa.
